Stargazing at Stafford

Join Marin County Parks and Marin Stargazers for an evening exploring the brilliant treasures of the winter sky! Our solar system will be on display as we search for the elusive planet Mercury. Then, we will gaze in awe at the magnificent ringed planet Saturn. The bright planet Jupiter, accompanied by its four moons, will also be visible, along with the mighty constellation Orion, which features its spectacular nebula where stars are being born, as it rises in the east. No pets are allowed, except for service/companion animals. Adverse weather or poor air quality may result in cancellation and rescheduling on Sunday, February 16, at 5:30 PM. Please check the calendar or text/call (415) 320-4881 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration is required.
