Directions: Meet at the Old Lucas Valley Rd trailhead on Lucas Valley Rd directly across from Mount Lassen Dr in San Rafael. From Hwy 101 in San Rafael, take the exit for Lucas Valley Rd west approximately 1.9 miles. Turn left into the parking area on left (south side) of Lucas Valley Rd.

Join us for a festive holiday walk where you and your dog are welcome to wear your silliest holiday sweaters! While ugly sweaters are highly encouraged, they're not required. All dogs must be leashed; a maximum of three dogs per adult is allowed. A guardian must accompany children. Dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes. Remember to bring enough water for you and your dog. The walk will cover a distance of 1.5 miles on pavement with no elevation gain. Adverse weather or poor air quality conditions may result in cancellation. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-2816 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration is required.
