Directions: From Hwy 101 in San Rafael, take the exit for North San Pedro Rd (if coming from Hwy 101 north, follow signs to the Civic Center and North San Pedro Rd). Once on North San Pedro Rd, turn left at the stoplight onto Civic Center Drive and follow it for 0.2 mile. Turn right into the "Jury Lot" parking area and park beside the playground.

Coastal Cleanup Day is a statewide event focused on cleaning shorelines, preventing litter from entering waterways, and raising awareness of the harmful effects of trash on marine ecosystems. It is part of International Coastal Cleanup Day. Appropriate for all ages. We will provide snacks and water. Bring gloves and a water bottle. No pets are allowed, except for service/companion animals. Adverse weather or poor air quality may result in cancellation. Check the calendar or call/text (415) 763-2977 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration is required.
