Muddy Hollow to the Beach

Early fall is a great time to visit the different waterside habitats of this lovely area. We'll stroll among alders as we look for migrating songbirds and once we reach the beach we may be treated to shorebirds foraging along the surf of Drake's Bay. Distance: 4 miles. Elevation change: 200'. This walk is offered in partnership with Point Reyes National Seashore.

Air Quality Index (AQI) that exceeds 150 on, or other extreme weather may cancel events. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-6086 after 8 am on the morning of the event to hear a recorded message if canceled. We request that no pets (except service animals) attend. Remember to bring lunch and binoculars if you have them.
