Join our Rangers for the final program in this fall's Junior Rangers series. Slow down, explore the forest, and discover the joy of nature journaling through fun activities, observation, writing, and sketching. No artistic experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to look a little closer. To celebrate this final Junior Ranger program of the season, the One Tam Van, One Tam's mobile visitor center, will be on site with additional activities, educational displays, and special nature exploration opportunities for the whole family.
Attend all three-monthly Junior Ranger programs this fall to earn your Junior Ranger badge, or join us for one or two programs to learn new outdoor skills and spend time with our awesome team. Activities are designed for children ages 5-12 and their families. Dress in layers, wear sturdy shoes, and bring water. Bring a notebook and pencil or other favorite journaling supplies. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-2816 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration is required.
