Hike and Chi Gong

Join this special event with Chi Gong teacher Susan Ezra. Susan is a Holistic Nurse and Certified Health Coach who has studied Chi Gong, primarily in the Way of Joy practice, for over 29 years. She would love to share what she has learned with you! Appropriate for all ages. Please wear layered clothing, bring a water bottle, and an open heart. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. Check the calendar or call (415) 473-2816 two hours before the event. Registration is required.

Chi Gong (Qigong) is an ancient Chinese practice combining movement and meditation, emphasizing the balance and harmony in nature. "Chi" refers to the vital life force energy that animates all living beings. Through gentle exercises, we can learn to cultivate and direct the flow of Chi within ourselves and draw upon the Universal Chi that surrounds us. Empower yourself to achieve better health! Spring is a wonderful time for rebirth, renewal, and rebooting your energy, allowing you to blossom into your whole, vibrant self—body, mind, heart, and spirit.
