Five Brooks to the Ridge

The ridge above Olema Valley is a beautifully forested area. The influence of summertime fog keeps this area lush with year-round moss and ferns. We take our time climbing to the ridge where we’ll visit Mud Lake for lunch and see if rains have brought enough water to get a glimpse at frogs or newts. Total miles: 6. Elevation change: 900’.

Remember to bring a lunch, and binoculars if you have them. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed.
