Have you ever noticed birds in your backyard and wished they would linger a bit longer? Building a birdhouse can offer them a cozy spot to spend the night or, if you're fortunate, a place to nest in the spring. Rangers will help you construct and decorate a birdhouse you can take home for the birds in your yard. Appropriate for ages 5 and older. We'll provide all materials. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality conditions may result in cancellation. Directions: Meet at Village Green Park (intersection of Hwy 1/Calle Del Mar) in downtown Stinson Beach. From Hwy 101 in Mill Valley, take the exit for Hwy 1 N/Stinson Beach north. Follow signs to stay on Hwy 1 north and go approximately 12.5 miles. The park is on the left, split into areas I and II by Calle Del Mar.
