Directions: Meet at the Hillside picnic area in McInnis Park in San Rafael (310 Smith Ranch Rd). From Hwy 101 in San Rafael, take the Smith Ranch Rd exit east approximately 0.7 miles. Drive over the railroad tracks and immediately turn left to stay on Smith Ranch Rd. (If you go through the park entrance, you have gone too far.) Look for the "Hillside Picnic Area" sign and turn right; Hillside is immediately on the right.

Join Park Rangers for a fun Halloween activity where we'll paint spooky jack-o-lanterns! Appropriate for all ages. We'll provide painting supplies and a limited number of pumpkins, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please dress in layers. Friendly dogs are welcome but must be leashed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel. Check the calendar text/call (415) 720-7759 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration required.
