Stafford Lake Park

Start the day with a relaxing morning of stretching, yoga, and mindfulness. This class will focus on long stretches which we will incorporate into a flow and include a combination of yin yoga and vinyasa. A mellow pace is intended for beginners, but all skill levels and ages are welcome. Snacks, tea, and water will be provided. Bring water and a yoga mat or towel. No pets (except service dogs) are allowed. Adverse weather or poor air quality may cancel; if in doubt, call (415) 897-0618 two hours before the event to confirm the status. Registration required.

Directions: Meet at Stafford Lake Park in Novato (3549 Novato Blvd). From Hwy 101 in Novato, take the exit for San Marin Dr west 2.9 miles. Turn right onto Novato Blvd and follow for 2.6 miles. The park is on the left. Turn left after the gatehouse and continue to the parking lot.
