"Ocean View" hike with docent Sue Karp

On Wednesday 7/22/2020 at 5:00 PM from Bootjack Parking Lot trailhead, "Ocean View" hike with docent Sue Karp. 
Enjoy hiking through Douglas Fir and Bay trees as you drop down into a redwood forest. Cross through woods on the TCC trail, built in 1918 by the Tamalpais Conservation Corps, often called "Guardians of the Mountain" for their conservation activities. Climb the famous Dipsea "Cardiac Trail" into a plateau of beautiful ocean views. 
 Distance (mi): 3.3.
 Elev Gain (ft): 689. 
Difficulty: Moderate


What to bring: Come prepared. Wear good hiking shoes/boots. Bring plenty of water, lunch and snacks. Hiking poles are recommended on this mountain.

Cancellation policy: Rain or winds above 30 mph will cancel.

Limited to 20 people. First come-first serve.
