Birds of Limantour

This walk is for ages 18 and up. Every year a multitude of birds move through the outer areas of the county while migrating to their winter destinations. In late summer many of them are already on the move pausing here to refuel before continuing their journey south. We'll follow the trail that runs above the estuary before we make our way back along the beach scanning for birds foraging with the tide and out on the open water. Remember to bring binoculars, if you have them.

We request that no pets (except service animals) attend.

No registration is required.
